She makes appropriate referrals, and recommendations. She’s very knowledgeable and is willing to answer questions and it’s OK being question when there’s a lack of understanding or a desire for more clarification. "Experience was cold! I felt like a lab rat getting an ultrasound. Nurse was only concerned with doing her job and not the experience. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Doctor was somewhat personable, however seemed more concerned with inducing labor resulting in a c-section not really listening to patient concerns / goals. Basically if you meet their / the insurance criteria for medical intervention, that’s what they will push onto you. Doesn’t matter if your healthy and all tests came out great, they will still use fear to push their methods."

"A breast biopsy is pretty painful when not enough lidocaine is injected and then being ignored when telling the staff, including the doctor, it hurts. Lucky me I was scheduled for two biopsies on the same breast that day. Second time around, right after the first one was completed, the doctor pushed much much much much more. Everything done to me that day, was completely different than "explained". I wish I could've gotten up and run. What a horrible place."

"The doctors are wonderful but the front desk staff and wait times are TERRIBLE. We’ve had nothing but issues with scheduling (staff scheduled a regular scan when it should have been an echo which is longer, etc) and typical wait 30-60mins+ past appointment time to be seen. Currently they are estimating a 1hr 45min wait time past the scheduled appointment time. Zero communication from the front desk to a full waiting room of patients. When I finally asked for an update after an hour of waiting there wasn't even an apology. Absolutely terrible customer service, I’d recommend finding a different practice unless you have a very flexible schedule that allows you to accommodate their wait times"
