"I give praise to Dr Karawadia and Dr Cassidy. They are both caring and listen to the patient. I would recommend them to anyone going through cancer. They both explain procedures and treatments in ways that help a patient chose a treatment path. Follow up is great. They listen and they care."

"Cancer is a complex disease; however, if you care and want the best treatment for your loved ones avoid this place. My loved one whom I will refer to as "Angel" did not fully disclose Angel's full condition to us so we were unable to intervene earlier. Angel told the loved ones about being diagnosed in the early stages of cancer. However, Angel was in the late stages of cancer. Angel's condition got worse immediately after going to this facility. Angel was prescribed about nine different meds and chemo. The chemo did not work but caused really bad side effects. Then the doctor decided to prescribe a pill form of chemo, which made Angel worse. Recently, after a chemo session, Angel was dumped into the ER with no follow-up from this facility. Angel died a few days later. Angel was too trusting of the fake smiles from this cancer center staff. Since the chemo was not working, the doctor should have stopped any form of chemo. Why continue to prescribe something that is not working? All this facility cares about is making as much insurance money as possible, and in the end, the patient pays the consequences. Once again, we were unable to intervene, because Angel downplayed the condition to us. By the time we knew what was actually going on, it was too late."

"I see all the 4 and 5 stars. Well if I had it my way it would be a negative. its a very nice place every body is smiling but if you need to talk to Dr. Over the phone for get about it. My Best friend just died and her Dr never even answered her daughters phone calls. The Meds gave her every side effect and all he could say to her well that's the medicine. 2 months of horrible suffering that at the end she has a massive stroke and died in Haven Hospice heshould be ashamed of himself Dr Mosely."

"Nurses in the back and doctor are great. Great bedside manners. But the ladies upfront, not so patient. Even though I’m sitting here wondering if it’s a color thing. This is a cancer center, I’m expecting happy faces when I walk in. Had an issue where I was asked to pay a co-pay, of course knowing the system I declined it because it wasn’t a visit for co-pay, I was coming in for treatment. Never got an apology and as I’m walking towards the back, here goes them both whispering and looking at me in disgust as if I shouldn’t have said something. I know my rights as a patient. This morning I walk in and the attitudes are the same. I work in public health where I have to conversate with people daily, I understand we all have bad days but really."

"This morning I had to have a bone marrow biopsy. I did it in office non sedation! Dr. Steven Siegel is extremely amazing at his job! Believe me, I had high I mean high anxiety going into this. I could not have had a better doctor to do the procedure! He is the amazing man ! "
