"They were “in network” but the cost for my CT scan was going to be $250. They told me that was the cheapest route with my insurance. They were wrong. A value choice location is $20, big difference. Now I can’t get my CT scan done because of their approved order and they refused to withdraw it from my insurance company. She just kept arguing with me that someone else has to do it. God forbid two doctors offices talk to each other, stick the patient in the middle after you fraudulently tried to convince me that $250 was my best option. It’s really sad how you have to manage their own healthcare. Insurance fraud."
