Reviews
"It’s interesting to see almost all the negative reviews are about how rude the front staff is but the owner insists that the front staff is not rude. “There is no worse blind than the one who doesn’t want to see” This practice is fortunate to have really good pediatricians and parents that turn their backs to the rude behavior of the front staff."
"We love Treehouse Pediatrics! We have seen so many different providers there and they are always incredibly helpful, thorough, reassuring, and friendly. They make my son feel so comfortable. We always are able to get a same day sick appointment. If you have any questions or concerns you can always call and the nurses will help you out."
"We have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Javier and the medical practice. Our daughter is almost 1 and in daycare so she has been sick a lot along with other random issues. We are always able to be seen by a doctor same day. We trust Dr. Javier's medical advice and always appreciate the time she takes with us to answer any questions and/or to provide helpful guidance. I noticed complaints with regard to being in the waiting room too long - not my experience but remember certain kids may need immediate care. My daughter has been triaged multiple times and then sent to the hospital so maybe they are busy helping with a sick case."
"Unfortunately we had to make the decision to move my infant son to a different practice due to the rude and condescending attitude of the front of house staff at Treehouse. We realized that both my husband and I became stressed about trying to get our son to be seen here and we always ended up at urgent care anyway, so what was the point? When the front desk staff are nasty when you call to ask for medical advice ("What, you've never seen a diaper rash before?" is the unnecessarily rude response my husband received when he called for advice on what turned out to be a yeast rash which required an antibiotic), or talk over you as you try to answer the questions they just ask you, or just generally seem completely unwilling to schedule you an appointment, then it is clear it's not a fit. After taking my son to urgent care and being diagnosed with an ear infection (because we were discouraged from being seen at Treehouse), I was concerned my child's ear infection had not cleared from the first round of antibiotics which had been finished a few days prior. When I called Treehouse I explained that he had been treated at an urgent care and they recommended we follow up with our primary care, the receptionist abruptly said, "You dont have to do that if he's fine." I said that he still had some lingering symptoms and she let out a sigh like I was inconveniencing her terribly before saying she would check. After a brief hold to check with the nurses, she returned to tell me "wait a few more days and see." I was still worried so I brought him to the urgent care to be checked- He still had the infection and needed a stronger round of antibiotics. When a car emergency made me have to cancel my son's last Well visit and we were unable to be rescheduled for another 2 months out, it became an opportunity for us to find a better fit. It is extremely disappointing because we really loved Dr. Jones Bagley (as well as Dr. Gomez-Torres and all of the nurses). This review does not reflect on their capabilities as medical professionals. We will miss them, but need to have our child seen by an office we don't dread interacting with."
"Update on today’s appointment, I am writing this review, as I am sitting in the office. Again, they saw me 50 minutes after my schedule time. I saw the doctor for five minutes and on my way out. I had to wait even longer for them to give me the stuff I needed because they did not know what was needed for me to have…. I feel like they overbooked themselves on purpose. —————-////////// Honestly, it hurts me to write this because I absolutely LOVE my daughter’s’ pediatrician ! She is amazing here but I have to write this! My last visit just got me so LIVID. My appointment was at 11 AM and I wasn’t seen until 11:57! Mind you, I have 2 kids with me and I was unable to contain them in our room for that long. I eventually have to start walking around the entire facility. They also told me I had a $75 missed appointment fee for my other daughter’s last appointment, but it’s OK for them not to see me at my scheduled time? I didn’t even get a reminder for that visit. We schedule our appointments three months before so it would be nice to at least have a reminder. But how can they charge me $75 but it’s OK for them to pretty much reschedule my appointment till 12? Is there a time more valuable than mine with two kids waiting? I think not."
