"I found this facility on my own after moving to the state of Florida. I was treated by Dr Kugler for a leg and shoulder injury. The main point that the Dr focused on was my leg injury and never performed any shoulder surgery. I don’t recommend. Very short with his responses and not personable. Kia within the management department is very rude and unprofessional. On the flip side always a pleasure to communicate with Andrea, very efficient and through."
