"Been bringing my baby here since she was born in July. Have not had an issues yet; good with appt times and being called back in a timely fashion. Dr. Haynes is great and even Dr. Garcia that we saw due to Haynes being out. Everything from the appt gets uploaded to the My Chart portal so no worries if you miss a detail in the appt."

"I called yesterday cause my son has covid19. They said not to bring him in but they are calling me back on what to do. They never called me back. So I took him to the clinic in Oviedo and they saw him right away gave him medication and showed concern for my son. Very disappointed on how they handled this. Also, not the first time they did this. Ok with regular sickness but covid19 they dropped the ball."

"I haven’t always been a huge fan of this place but Dr. Morales is good but not worth me keeping her as my daughters pediatrician. The wait time is ridiculously long. Expect to wait an additional 45-90 minutes after your initial scheduled appointment. Now there’s a process when you call to schedule an appointment you have to speak with the doctors nurse and they will determine if your kid can be seen the same day or if it’s urgent enough for a same day appointment. When I called to schedule a same day appointment ( which in the past was never an issue) I was transferred over to the Morales’s nurse she informed me that Morales was working half a day and will be on vacation the following week (cool I get it) and would give me a call back on what morales would recommend giving my sick child. So I waited for 3.5 hours and decided call back since no one bothered to call me back. I spoke with the nurse again she stated what morales advised her to tell me and she also proceeded to tell me that there were no available appointments for the day and that I should take my child to urgent care if it was bad enough. She didn’t offer an alternative appointment for another day and didn’t seem empathic at all and just wanted me to get off the phone. To turn a patient away and not offer alternative appointments and recommend me to go somewhere else just proves how this practice doesn’t care for their patients."

"I have been bringing my child to this clinic for years, when they were located in the previous suite in the Waterford Mall. For us, it's always been a great and positive experience these many years. Even when my child has been sick and I've had to make calls to the peditrician for their advice & recommendations they have been prompt and efficient in getting back to me with good feedback. In all honesty I feel I've been blessed to have found this clinic and doctor that has helped me maintain my child healthy throughout the years."

"We've seen Dr.Burzynski for almost 9 years and she is absolutely amazing!!! I drive almost an hour to get there just because she's that good! I haven't had problems with any staff. Usually get back quickly, although we have waited a few times when they were really busy, but I appreciate that they always try to give same day sick appointments."
