"No directions, no signs. Can't keep appointments if you don't know where to go. Land of the lost."
"First of all, the VA was created to serve veterans. However, this clinic, among many, seems to care about the staff more than the veterans it pretends to care for. At the entrance to the clinic, there is a table with hand sanitizer, wipes and face masks. However, there is a sign that these items are NOT to be used by the veterans, only for staff use. Also, there are 2 chairs with a sign that tells veterans not to sit on them. Why place cleaning supplies at the entrance to a VA clinic so veterans can not use? Incredible how our tax money is wasted by incompetent people who have no clue what a veteran's needs are. That's before I even got the their front desk people. Uncaring and disrespectful are the two words that came to mind, when I tried to describe them to my wife. I'll be contacting both Senators from FL, to ask them to visit this so called veteran's clinic..."
