"This has been an amazing experience! Dr. Urshan really cares for his patience and is super supportive. His communication with me was great. His staff is excellent!!! Tanya, on his team, provided great insight, successful tips and is really caring. I just love her! Although this program isn’t hard, it did take some time for my body to adjust. It was so worth it! I definitely had my ups and downs during this process but Dr Urshan and team were there to cheer me on or provide instant advice. I’m down 25 pounds and I feel amazing! I have learned so much through the program that I feel like this is a start of a true lifestyle change. My relationship with food is so much better. "This review is long overdue, but I still need to give praise to where it is deserved. When I started this program, all of my friends, family, relatives, and myself, were the biggest skeptics of this program, and of its methodology. But I would be lying to you if I told you that I wasn’t absolutely blown away by the results that I achieved from participating in this program. This program made me commit harder than I probably have ever done before in my life, and it was 100% worth it. I had to make a lot of sacrifices and exercise enormous amounts of self-discipline to stay dedicated to this program and I am so glad that I did. It taught me the value of really knowing what exactly you’re putting in your body and that maintaining a proper diet and nutrition is the real key to weight loss and optimal health. This program also really taught me how to cook at home and prepare my own meals with ingredients that I purchased right from my local grocery store. After the 40 days, I lost about 35 lbs. and I was so pleased with my results. Many of my friends and relatives told me how much better I looked and it felt so good to be recognized for my efforts, but it felt even better to know that my hard work also resulted in me looking physically better as well, it’s such a great feeling! One added benefit that I absolutely loved getting out of this program too is that it really reset my metabolism. After I completed this program, I noticed that I was able to eat foods that aren’t necessarily that good for you, and not gain a ridiculous amount of weight from it like I would in the past. This program really gave me the foothold I needed to start making real ground towards getting into the best shape of my life, and I will be forever grateful for that. Dr. Urshan, Dr. Leanne, and everyone at the Largo branch were such great motivators and supporters when I was on this program as well and I couldn’t have been more thankful."
