"Best place to be if you have cancer. They have worked very hard at getting me all my testing done prior to my double mastectomy. Lots of parking at their McKinley Rd location with huge parking garage. Also you can Moffitt Uber from Magnolia and USF Alumni Rd buildings for many testings. Hospital stay was excellent with many nurses and doctors on hand working on my cancer case and treatments. Also was contacted by a Moffitt psychologist to help me through the emotional upheaval regarding my breast cancer diagnosis. My appointments and tests were on time and everything worked in sync and went smoothly. Surgery also went smoothly and everyone from the Techs, nurses and doctors took good care of me. Very caring and compassionate"
"Literally just got ran off the road by one of your van drivers. He recklessly pulled out of an apartment complex on bougainvillea Ave in front of my car. Causing me to drive up on the curb to stop from hitting him. Had to speed up to catch him doing 60 just to get pic of van to report him. He then opened his van doors and proceeded to laugh at us. I am a PITUITARY ADENOMA patient right now as we speak. This was so frightening. He NEEDS TO BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY!!! It looked like there were patients on that van. I don't know what was worse the fact that he endangered my life or the fact that he mocked me and thought it was funny..."
"This place has the absolute worst parking!! Of my day of thyroid and breast cancer treatments...the parking has me at my wits end! Valet has damaged my truck no less than 3 times. There is very little self parking and signs every where about fines or decals required. WHERE ARE THE PATIENTS SUPPOSED TO PARK????? In the middle of my breast exam, I'm getting called to move my vehicle...when the front desk said I could park there. EVERY STINKING TIME, THERE IS A PARKING ISSUE. Moffitt...the patients pay for your medical services....give them some where to park!!!!!!!"
"From my first day of diagnosis to my continuing, follow-up care, I've found the staff here exceptional and caring. The building also included an educational and art center, a Publix pharmacy, informational center, small cafe, and a healing garden. Everyone who works here seems to go above and beyond to help, inform, care, and comfort."
