"They received one star because i HAD to put it there in order to write this review. Their staff is terribly unprofessional and rude. I had a question on my bill as to why it was FOUR TIMES ($224.00) what Labcorp charges ($53.20) and they could not give me a straight answer. The woman finally lowered it to $115 which is still DOUBLE their competition. She told me this was a courtesy because she understands that not everyone can afford their service. I would have been happy to pay that if it were a FAIR rate. Stop price gouging your patients... You would think with all of that money coming in they would hire a more pleasant staff."
