"This office is a completely joke! For the second time I have had issues with this office. I get my appointment to go there because I was not feeling well to see dr. Jammie. She sees me and tell me that I have a sinus infection, ear infection and an eye sty. She put me on 2 antibiotics and obviously I stayed home sick and I missed 3 days of work while I was getting better. Then I called Atc to please give me a dr. note to bring to my supervisor for my absences and they refused it because she said that I should have call or go there again the next day to get the note. She saw me the day before with my symptoms!!! It made me feel like I was lying, that I wasn’t sick!! and I don’t appreciate that. Even my supervisor called there also and she still denied her the note. I’m sure the dr. can afford not being paid for 3 days BUT I can’t. I’m done going over there, I rather get my private dr even if I have to pay a little more."

"Calling to confirm appointment and phone call drops. Finally was able to speak with someone and I was put on hold for 10 minutes and call drops again."

"9 minutes late and the doctor was unable to see a child for a issue concerning the eye. I take it they have never ran late for anything. The doctor didn't even show his face..employed by the city does have its perks.."
