"This practice put me through unnecessary and painful testing before agreeing to do the anesthesia for my surgery. They did not speak directly to my cardiologist to address any concerns they had re my heart function after he had cleared me for surgery. Instead, they insisted I go through what for me was a very painful chemical stress test, and then a cardiac catheterization, just to learn, as my cardiologist and I already knew, that all of it was unnecessary because my heart was perfectly capable of handling surgery as it had many times before. Such capricious decision making and poor pre-operative performance shows a lack of professionalism and patient care. In addition, I have tried to contact them about this by phone but the number posted online is out of order. This comes as no surprise. If you have any say in your anesthesiologist, I strongly recommend you stay away from this practice."

"Doctors can be intimidating. Doctor's offices can be intimidating! That was absolutely not the case here. From the office staff through to Dr.Kaiafas, I was put at ease. I hate feeling like I'm just a number. They took the time with me. Asked questions. Reviewed charts and prior doctor appointments. I walked away feeling like was finally headed in the right direction. I can't thank them enough and I highly recommend anyone who's had that same feeling of nervousness.."

"Had a procedure done. Everyone involved in the procedure was great... professional, compassionate and kind, however; I received a bill from them stating that I owed them $920.00 for the procedure because, according to my insurance company, #BCBS of Florida, it became "diagnostic" which is not fully covered. This was not explained to me by GAF and I let them know exactly how dissatisfied with the charges as well as the bill sent to me 3 months later without ANY type of explanation. Insurance is great, but when people take advantage of it, it costs all of us. I WISH I could rate them less than one star."

"This group has been horrendous in the payment process. The doctor my wife had for her Epidural was great but that is not what this rating is about. We are in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic and people are struggling financially. We got an initial bill about a month after we had our baby from them and could not pay it at that time. A second bill arrived a week later and we decided to call and set up a payment plan to fulfill what we could over time. At that point, we were informed that the bill was sent to collections and we must pay it through them. After 5 weeks you send something to collections in the medical field during this pandemic? It is clear that they have zero regard for the patients they administer services to. Thank goodness the doctor we had did not perform the procedures the way they handle their business dealing."

"Beyond Frustrating dealing with them. They sent me to collections, after having not sent me a bill. they claim they sent it, but had the wrong address. I keep calling and 2 weeks later, they still say, "It is being pulled back from collections" I had my insurance update the claim as it was incorrectly process as our of network when it was in network. It was reprocessed to the correct amount, I have called twice to pay it, and they don't have the updated information and keep sending it to the processing team, will not allow me to speak to the processing team, and will not transfer me to a supervisor although i requested it. She stated that the supervisors are in a call, and then next said they were in a mtg. So there is a lot of shadiness there. All i want is to pay my stinking bill and never deal with them again. BEWARE of what Anesthesiologist your doctor is using and DO NOT USE THEM, it is not worth the hassel."
