"August 24, I received a call to pay my bill although I had not received it. I told them I would pay the bill when I received it and they informed me that it had been mailed on 8/21 and if I didn’t pay or make a payment plan they would cancel my medical treatment that allows me to function on a daily basis. I had even asked if in my record of over 15 years of every 2 months visits had I missed paying and it was a no. Then the manager call wanting money or payment plan followed by the doctor texting me. I explained to him that I still haven’t received a bill so he PDF one to me: it was dated August 24! I asked how could this bill have been mailed out on the 21 if it had not been processed till the 24? What company demands payment on the date it is processed? And why do the employees berate the patients for money BEFORE they even receive a bill. I was lied to and am hurt because I have been a patient for over 15 years and now my treatment was cancelled over less than $250. BTW: yes I did pay the bill in full as I have always done this very day because the doctor took the time to send it to me. No one should be treated this way: total disregard and disrespect for the patient."

"Was referred to Dr. Chang by Jewitt and from first stepping into their doors I've had nothing but positive interactions and outcomes, the staff , assistants and nurses at both the pain center office and surgical center next door are caring and compassionate. I was seen in a timely manner and listened to and cared for Dr. Chang is kind, caring and thorough with her approach and treatment for pain. I was so nervous for my first injection and her nurse Jeanne made sure to make me feel as comfortable as possible and talked me through my worries . Yesterday was my second injection and they again we're amazing and accomadating. I always receive apt reminder calls and follow-up calls to make sure I'm healing and feeling well. I don't often write reviews but felt the need to mention what an outstanding experience I've had here."
