"My daughter was seen the day before and I was told to call if symptoms worsened to call. That evening we had an earache and the next morning a temp over 101. We called in the morning and spoke to staff about the symptoms getting worse. We were directed to leave a message with the nurse for them to call us back. Both numbers were left and no call from the office. We are very disappointed in how this office's patient care has declined over the years. The doctors have always been great but, the staff is failing this practice and we will start looking for a primary care provider that cares for their pediatric patients."

"Our whole family goes to this practice. The adults see Tera and our infant sees Dr. Ackley. We absolutely love the providers and staff and are always very impressed with how fast they are. We have never waited more than a few minutes past our appointment time, which is impressive for medical appointments! Dr. Ackley has been absolutely amazing- she has been patient and spent so much time answering all of our new parent questions. Highly recommend this practice!"

"I've been going to Dr. Demery for a long time now. He is the most knowledgeable but down to Earth doctor I have ever worked with. Easy to talk to and I never feel rushed. When I got married I had my wife transfer over to see Tara Ritchie, ARNP and she loves her. We also just had our baby this past month and having Dr. Demery be her pediatrician was a no-brainer. The front desk staff is always very helpful and friendly. You have to realize there are some times when it is really busy for them so they might not be stopping you for extra conversation like they normally do (which is an awesome added bonus btw) but they are still always nice and willing to help. And a final note - Kingston - the office dog - is amazing - so good with the kids - I'm convinced he was a doctor in a past life. I 100% recommend this practice!"

"I cannot say enough about Internal Medicine and Pediatrics of Tampa Bay. Specifically we see Dr. Frank Demery, for both ourselves and our children (ages three and three months), and he is so kind and informative. He is especially patient with all of my “mom” questions. The office always gets back to me if I have to leave a message, which is rare because someone is always willing and ready to make an appointment for me or discuss insurance issues. The office is clean and always so beautifully decorated for every holiday! I just adore this practice! They are all encompassing with regards to care, and the staff is great!"
