"Lousy service: They do NOT answer phones and will not return calls, you have to go in there. Once I got there, they were kind, but I was given an answer saying they were short staffed. For 3 days I left several messages and no answer. I found out from people sitting there they had the same experience. They do NOT take Medicare Plans easily - so forget about calling ahead. You have to go there and confirm which plan they take"

I myself found everyone to be very nice and accommodating, as well as knowledgeable and professional. I was only there to accompany my mother and ended up buying new eyeglass frames for myself, which I had to have filled elsewhere due to my insurance. We would both very happily recommend this office!"
