"Major attitude problem in this office. Cally specifically I believe her name is. She is extremely rude any time I ever had to talk to her. To the point that I don't even want to go here anymore. My doctor is super nice but is very limited and basic with her knowledge. If you have a real issue and need someone that will really look deeper to find out the problem this isn't the place to go."

"Dr Downs is the best primary care practitioner I’ve ever had! I came to her with a variety of conditions and issues and she had been working with me to get everything taken care of. Dr. Downs is smart, kind, and funny. She’s the type of Dr. You can tell anything and she takes her time to review everything with me! I am so grateful for her and always have an easy breezy time in that office. I highly recommend her for anyone who needs a Dr to really listen to them and their concerns."

"They don’t return phone calls, can rarely fit you in if you are sick, even within a few days. Was told after an office visit to contact the after-hours if symptoms became worse. I tried to call twice and left a message with the answering service and never received a call back from a doctor. I ended up visiting urgent care, which makes this office pretty much useless. Nice doctor, but terrible staff, and zero follow up. I’ve had to chase down results for blood work and numerous other issues but after the most recent issue, I will be changing doctors."

"I've been going to Dr Downs for several years now and love her and the office staff. Yes, people make mistakes and they sometimes do, but they are quick to remedy any mistakes when I call. If you're expecting to be babied, this may not be the office for you. I, personally, appreciate the straightforward answers and communication from all in this office. Everyone has always been polite and helpful, but then I don't call with an attitude or act like I'm the only patient they have. It's a busy office and the drs are thorough. The new office is very spacious and I like the patient portal."
