"Plan of care, communication, no value based care, and patient care is not up to the AdventHealth health service standards. They wanted to cancel my appointment with the physician only because I had to establish care with ARNP and Dr. Manju K said she is too busy to see me even though my appointment was established. She said to go back and see ARNP, my appointment was tomorrow and I was called today late afternoon for an 8:55am appointment. Also ARNP and providers have to authorize if she wants to let me see the physician or not. No value based care. Is backwards. A physician should establish care first as a new patient and then ARNP continuation of care."

"I would put 0 stars if I could, this is a SCAM, DO NOT RECOMMEND ! 1) You do not see a "real" doctors but a Nurse practitioner, I would not mind that much if it wasn't for the price 2) I asked before going to my appointment and they can't provide you an estimate ! (My dentist does, why not them ??) 3) They charge 500$ for new patients to ask few questions for 5 min and request a blood test (Blood test not included) 4) They do not provide you a heads up that these "extra" services are additional charges (500$ extra for 175$ visit ...) 5) They charge 175$ (after insurance) for a simple doctor visit (actually done by the Nurse !!!) whereas other doctors nearby charge 70$-90$ What else to say... This office is 5 minutes away from my house and I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. Sad..."

"***** BEWARE OF ADDITIONAL CHARGES ***** Today I received a threat from AdventHealth to send my $25.60 outstanding balance to collections for a doctor's visit from September 2023. At the time of the visit they quoted me a self pay discount of $370.00. I paid the $370.00 at the time of service at the doctor's office. Later I continued to receive a past due balance bill for the added $25.60. I have been disputing this additional charge for 3 months. They continue to insist I owe this additional money that was not told to me at the time of service. This is the second time this has happened. REQUEST A GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE BEFORE YOU RECEIVE SERVICES FROM ADVENTHEALTH so you don't get bamboozled and have your credit tarnished. Cody in billing did everything to not resolve the issue."

"Do not see Dr Domenic Lint , I told her I was self pay and she ordered bunch of test I didn’t need, I went there for anxiety and she referred me to a psychiatrist that charges $600 a visit! She obviously did not listen to my needs, or take into consideration, that I am self-pay. She told me to take blood work and she would prescribe me medication until I can find a psychiatrist. I did the blood work, and she told me to go to another doctor after I paid for everything. I take no drugs and don’t even drink alcohol. She’s just lazy and didn’t listen to anything. Awful service, don’t recommend at all."

"Fantastic office! Met a staff member (from the 3rd floor) in the parking lot who set the tone for our visit. She was friendly and chatted with my family. The office staff was attentive and helpful. They went above and beyond to make my elderly parents and disabled brother comfortable. Check in staff were kind and patient. Alexandria, their nurse and Dr. K were both gentle and thorough. They took their time getting to know everyone. The check out staff were equally outgoing and kind and the process was a breeze. So appreciative of the staff member who thanked my father for his service as a retired police officer. Very impressed with Advent Health Primary Care."
