"This location is absolutely terrible for any sort of interaction or response. I went there to have a prescription, which I have been taking for over a year now, refilled and a quick 3 month checkup to verify it is working. There was a hurricane headed toward Florida at the time so I was in a bit of a hurry to get back to work and preparation for the storm. In my haste I neglected to verify the prescription was correct, after multiple unsuccessful attempts to fill the prescription I noticed they had written in for an extended release version which was near impossible to find in my area. Normally that would be fine and I could fill it elsewhere however it was also going to cost about 4 to 5 times as much as the old prescription. After multiple calls to the office (most of which I didn't hear back about for at least a few hours if not days) I was still unable to speak with the doctor who refused to prescribe the medication I've been using for the last year. Any calls I did receive back were well over 6 to 8 hours later and usually at the last possible moment so if I forgot to mention something or needed clarification it was impossible as their phones immediately shut down at close. Not to mention, this doctor who doesn't feel comfortable prescribing the medications has never met, seen or even heard of me other than a chart filled out by a nurse. Maybe it's just me but if you're going to deny someone medication they have been taking for an extended period of time you should probably at least meet or talk to the person at some point. TL;DR don't expect to talk to or even see a doctor, don't expect a phone call, and worst of all don't expect to keep previous medications if it's something they're "not comfortable" providing. Edit: I was unable to get a hold of anyone to cancel my follow up, and now they sent me a bill for 15$. Thanks, way to reinforce my decision about how terrible you really are."
