"Went in for a quick urgent visit for a laceration. Martha Grace was very professional and courteous in explaining the check in and check out process. Dr David explained everything to us and made the visit quick and comfortable for our son."
"This place is a small, hidden gem of an office and I’m glad I randomly came across them on my google search before I left the house. As it was my first visit at this location and there was a few patients ahead of me the wait time was more then I’d like personally (I’m just impatient and wasn’t feeling good not the staffs fault) with it being a small facility what can you expect. Overall the process went smoothly from the paperwork at the front to getting seen by Doctor Digiandomenico. I felt the staff listened to my concerns and took care of me with the best of professionalism. I’d love to say I look forward to my eventual return but let’s be honest no one goes to a doctors office for enjoyment haha. I just hope the owner takes a few minutes out of their day to congratulate their staff on a job well done."
"I am writing to express my concern regarding the care I received during my recent visit. Despite the usually high standards expected from your practice, my experience was unsatisfactory for several reasons. Firstly, the level of attention and care provided by the attending staff did not meet my expectations. I came in for a routine request of a medication refill. As a college student I had seen my provider previously however, I needed a refill and did not have the time to make the trip back home. The original doctor prescribed the complete wrong dose in 2022 in which I came back and he apologized and fixed it which I was appreciative of. This year however, the PA never came to assess me. The MA told me she would be in shortly in which I waited 40 minutes in the room and it seemed as though they completely forgot I was even there. I want out and asked "is she coming?" In which she responded "You're good to go she refilled it." I was already off put by the PA not caring to assess me or build a provider-client relationship. I paid alot out of pocket as I had to pay for a test as protocol for the prescription and the visit itself as I don't have insurance. There was no follow up appointment made nor requested by physician to my knowledge as nothing was communicated to me and certainly no calls to confirm an appointment. Today I go to pick up my prescription and the pharmacy tells me she refilled a 90 day supply. Which would be fine but I was under the impression I was getting a year supply as that is what was filled previously by all previous providers and I cannot afford a visit every 90 days for a routine medication refill. The lack of communication and professionalism has led to a feeling of not being taken seriously as a patient. I have called and communicated my concerns in which they told me I would need to be seen by the new provider who has not seen me previously. Although I do understand this, as a college student it is unrealistic for me to come every 3 months and pay so much out of pocket to be seen for a routine medication refill. Additionally, The delays and lack of clear communication have caused me unnecessary stress and have adversely affected my health as now I am out of my medication and will have to miss a few days. I trust that this is not the standard procedure at your office and that my experience was an unfortunate exception. However, as health care professionals I expect exceptional care that strives to build relationships with clients rather than leave patients to sit in the examination room for 45 minutes just to not be examined and provide little to no communication on the next steps of care or when to follow up."
"Had a terrible experience, was made to pay 178$ upfront after sending insurance. I walked out. Had to Uber there because pain was so bad and people upfront were unprofessional and I felt like I was being made fun of. Ended up going to a different urgent care nearby and they took my insurance and prescribed me antibiotics with no issues."
"The experience at this urgent care was great at first. Doctor was friendly and quick, and I was going to recommend this place to a friend until today (6 weeks after my visit). They charged me another $108 dollars after my $75 copay that they conveniently don’t tell you your insurance doesn’t cover, where they call it an “insurance discount.” My insurance covers most urgent cares (which this urgent care said my plan covers) so double check that this place doesn’t con you out of $200…"
