"After many years of medical care, getting very dissatisfied with new Conviva care. Terrible experience, ma robo calls but medicale care is going down in quality service . We did not expect a fast exit from Dr. Rajani . Such a quality dedication like Dr Rajani it’s hard , almost impossible to replace. With regret, myself and my wife search for a better medical care. Absolutely I will not recommend Conviva to anyone!"

"Ever since Coviva took over Dr. Rajani’s office, things have gone downhill, 2 times now I have missed specialist appointments because the referral was never send. You can not get through to the office and have to speak to the call center who know nothing about me as a patient. I am glad to be moving so I can find a competent doctors office."

"Since Conviva took over the experience has deteriorated. I went an entire year seeing only my PA; I guess I am not sick enough to qualify for an actual doctor in attendance. My PA is great (Jessica) but she is not an MD. With Dr Rajani gone, the practice is not the same. The only reason I am not changing practices is because I will be leaving the state in the spring and it's just too much trouble to do it for a couple of months."

"The call center is terrible. You can't understand them. I had them repeat 4 times. They talk too fast and forget trying to get anyone in the office. They pronounce Heidi name 3 times wrong after I pronounced it 3 times and wouldn't connect me and wouldn't tell me their location. You all need to do something and get back to communicating the right way. You have ruined Dr Rajani practice. I can't say enough about Heidi, Kathy and Jessica. They are wonderful and very sad Dr. Rajani is leaving. He was one of the best drs I haver ever had."

"Dr Rajani created an exceptional medical practice and staffed it with outstanding colleagues. Since the 'sale' to Conviva (Humana), the personal touch has been replaced by corporate dictates and a call center that leaves you wondering if you really exist as a valued patient. Dr Rajani is moving on and we wish him and his original staff the very best for the future. We will be moving on too."
