"The Dr. Kirindongo is less than professional. He keeps asking for monthly follow ups with no reason why and when discussing my weight he told me I was lying. Very disappointed to walk away from a doctors office feeling even more defeated than when I walked in. Then on top of that, I take regular medication and they won’t give me a prescription for it unless I come in again. For the 3rd time in as many months. Seems like a racket to me."

"Dr. Ernesto Izquierdo is an amazing doctor. Unfortunately, he left the practice. We were trying to retrieve the lab results of our son. The staff refuses to release them unless we schedule an appointment with an obscure assistant unknown to us. Very unprofessional and rude staff."

"Not a fan. Not sure how every review on here is only 3 months ago and all 5 stars. I didn’t have the same experience. Unfortunately, the Dr. I saw the 1st and 2nd time was just filling in for a month, he was great, the staff is not. I always arrive 15 minutes early, the front desk waits until my actual appointment time to ask me to call my insurance for information they could get. On top of waiting that time, today my nurse didn’t tell the Dr. I was ready for 30+ minutes, he later informed me and apologized. Going to find another office."

"Dr. Izequierdo is very thorough and provides excellent medical care. He is always available to me. I can see him in the office or over the phone/video and he prescribes me the medication I need, gives me referrals... This doctor is very easy and convenient. The office answers the phone really fast and never keeps me on hold for more than a quick moment. Highly recommended."
