"Receptionist was extremely rude and prejudice against my Spanish speaking family member as she did not want to speak or assist her in any shape or form and belittled her the entire conversation of family member trying to get assistance in being seen. She had my family member in tears from being mistreated so wrongful. I recommend you go anywhere else that’s humane and respectful."

"I had imaging done with SimonMed in preparation for my visit here. I was experiencing pain in my hip and got a spine x ray a week before my visit. I made sure to call ahead to confirm that the office could access simonmed imaging and was told yes. On the day of my visit, I offered my diagnostic imaging report. The Medical Assistant said the P.A. required the actual imaging, so he said they would try to access the imaging online. Minutes go by and the M.A. comes back to the room again to relay that I would need to get more imaging done because they could not access my x-ray without the doctor present. I ended up getting additional imaging done because my pain was immense and I left my job early to be at the appointment. Afterwards, the P.A. gave me a cortisone shot and sent me on my way. I feel like I've been taken advantage of at this office. The patient should not be responsible for the shortcomings of the office. Patients should be made aware of this imaging issue so they can either provide photo/digital evidence or wait until they get to the office for scans."

"My experience was extremely frustrating. Basically, if you don't have a very serious sports injury, don't bother going because they don't want to see you. If you have repetitive motion injury, they just want to inject you and get you out the door! They were trying to inject me before even looking at my medical history paperwork (the one with what you're allergic to etc). Doctor could not be bothered to talk to me about pros and or cons of the injection (when I said I had concerns) - oh and no one ever told me what I was being injected with (so I'm simply assuming that it's a cortisone shot). The xray tech was wonderful, and the nurse and reception were extremely helpful and pleasant, but the doctor just didn't have time for me. I will not be back. They may be wonderful for surgery, but not at treating the more common everyday issues. My physical therapy paperwork said I have bursitis, but that was news to me since the Dr. never mentioned it. And according to the Dr. my x-rays were "fine". That's all. Again, I will look elsewhere for an orthopedic doctor."

"Today I went into the walk in clinic located on second floor. My son who is 2 years old had X-rays done fast and quick, we also had answers right away. We did arrive early morning, not sure if it’s busier it’s other times. Anyways our visit was amazing! Everyone was so nice to us and it was one of the best facilities I’ve been to since moving here a few months backs. Most importantly child friendly, everyone was patient with him. Definitely looking forward to our next follow up!"
