"This was honestly the worst urgent care I've ever gone to for me, my wife, or my child. I don't know how long ago they switched management or companies but whoever the new group is they obviously don't know much about hygiene or appearances. I've never been rushed so much for paperwork to be finished while also trying to care for my baby. If they had done the paperwork in the beginning and told me the price I would have never stayed but I feel bamboozled with the entire situation. $200 for absolutely nothing. There was literal feces on the wall, bugs in the ceiling light fixtures and either missing paint spots or just an ugly poorly painted black hole on the wall/ light switch. I would never recommend this place and feel all of their positive reviews were just kept and carried over from the former company. Scam."

"Extremely surprised by the rating for this location, after creating the appointment online, submitting all the information, we get confirmation that everything has been submitted, after my daughter is examined, were told they cannot treat her or see her, because you do not conduct or treat patients experiencing chest pain. The doctor we saw was extremely rude and lacks bedside manner, or compassion for a child that’s in pain don’t even get me started on how dirty the facility is especially the bathroom, you feel like you’re leaving with more germs as you walk out. Wound not recommend!!!"

"I was seen fairly quickly and didn’t have to wait long for the doctor to some into the room. Sometimes I have to wait 20minutes or so, so that was nice. I really really really wish we didn’t have to fill out the SAME paperwork every single visit, especially when it’s general information. It’s really inconvenient when going into the office with a sick child. Over all, we received great care."

"Dr Jennifer Chester and the rest of the staff were AMAZING! We brought my son in for stitches and he was really nervous. Everyone was so sweet, patient, and comforting for him. It was a great experience."

"Staff is amazing with kids, doctors hear the parents and the kids for any concern about their health. My daughter was so sick with the flu. They tested immediately, they do not hesitate in taking care the kiddos. As a mom, I do recommend this place 1000%. I wish more clinics and hospitals operate like this one. Excellent customer service and like I said before, amazing staff! Pleased to bring my daughter to this clinic. Please do not ever change! Keep serving mothers, family and kiddos like you do!
