"I had to go in from the ER because of a dog bite on my ear, I was really worried because there was a chunk missing and I wasn’t sure if my ear would be able to look normal after that. From the moment I walked in my experience was amazing, reception was very helpful and friendly, Ms Dawn was the one to do the magic on my ear, she explained everything she was doing and made me feel really comfortable and calm during the whole procedure, I couldn’t believe how good my ear looked right after, now it’s almost completely healed and it looks great, like nothing happened. The day I came in I was still in shock from the whole accident and because of the staffs treatment I was able to feel more relaxed. I’ve had really bad experiences with some doctors before so I was nervous at first, but this is by far the nicest medical staff I’ve come across yet.
