"Great service SERESE brooks was very helpful and had a great smile and attitude first time here and I was more then happy with there Customer service I was scared about dentist had a bad experience, but she made it all better. Never met a dentist that cared more about her patience than her if she really took her time make sure I was comfortable for sure the best dental experience. I’ve had an over 50 years. Thank you. To SERESE brooks and her dental assistant was a big help"

"IF YOU HAVE A FEAR OF THE DENTIST DO NOT GO HERE!! After many calls with their call center I was told I was an emergency based dental patient. And that they only accept the first 5 emergency patients on Fridays. After arriving at 630am and being first in line.. I was then told they would only do an x- ray and exam and then id be reffered to an outside dentist.. not much help but I agreed. They then attempted to send me to another branch office as they were too busy to squeeze me in. The receptions was barely concerned about actually providing care and help which is quite contradictory to their motto. I wish I could give negative stars as you can tell this is a place where the employees hate their job. Stay away."

"OMG! I just want to say thank you and acknowledge how much help Kiara at the front desk is. I was having a horrible day but Kiara and the MA for behavioral health(Brianna) went OVER and BEYOND to make sure I got the help I needed. Such a small act of kindness goes such a long way in this world. They not only provided great customer service skills but the empathy and sympathy they both showed for me made me feel so much better. It’s just a different feeling knowing that someone actually cares about their job and are not doing it just because. Please give those ladies a raise. Or at least buy them some lunch lol. -signed an anxious woman"

"My Autistic son (26 yrs.) had a dentist appointment today. The staff was very nice and considerate of his situation. Ms. Isidora was the dental assistant that worked with him and she was very accommodating with his challenges not once did she seem as if this was hard for her. Dr. Brooks was very nice and funny. She addressed him and me equally. She took her time, not once did we feel as if she was rushing us. She actually came back in to speak with him when he forgot something else he wanted to discuss. Very satisfied."
