"I been at this location about 4 to 5 times between my daughter and me, and every time has been an amazing experience. Everyone starting from the girls at the front desk to the Doctor, everyone has been great. Went sick without appointments and they saw me less than 15 minutes. Areas always look clean and organized and rooms too. My experiences every time 5 stars and they always follow up. Will totally recommend CareSpot at Lee Vista. Thank you!"
"I went today for a drugs and alcohol test. At that moment they didn’t have the staff available to perform the alcohol test. The receptionist Sherly went above and beyond. She took the time to call two other branches and she scheduled the appointment for me. I was able to do the necessary tests that same day. Thank you Sherly for providing an exceptional service, we need more people like you."
"I called on a Saturday morning and was told to make an appointment online, so I did. My appointment was for 11:45 am. I waited for almost 3 hours (while wheezing and having difficulty breathing) but had to reschedule. I was charged my regular copay and then reimbursed that same day. Made an appointment for the next day for 9:30 am and still waited 45 minutes to be seen. I was then charged the rate of not meeting my deductible (even though for urgent care the deductible does not apply) - which was double the copay amount. I called to speak with billing and was told they are now charging the full rate and once they get paid by insurance, I will get a refund. What a difference from Saturday to Sunday. WHAT?! Not only did I have to wait such a long time to be seen on both days, but now I have to wait to receive my funds back. I do not recommend."
