"Always come to bring my wife...recently she received an email if don't call there's a 25 dollars fine...that's good and fine...if you late they will not see you. However every SINGLE TIME we get to her appointment ( we come a least 10 minute early ) always have to wait half hour for the receptionist attention..today it was a full hour. The only reason we continue to come to this office is because my lady loves her doctor otherwise we don't recommend this place to anyone. They have no consideration a...t all"

"Do not waste your time going to this office. At least no with Dr. Bacallao. I was in his office on 2/29 and was diagnosed with a vitreous hemorrhage on my left eye. Given it was my 4th. time that happened to me Dr. Bacallao sent me to see my PCP to order some blood test but failed to place the order and later on when I called his office asking for such order for the lab work they refused to send such order however Dr. Bacallao wanted to follow up in 4 weeks. What for ? To charge me and my insurance again. No thanks! This is the type of practice that creates frustration and show total lack of respect to patients and terrible performance. Never again will go to this office and I encourage you to look for another ophthalmologist as well."

"The doctors have been excellent but the receptionist today, for the second time, was very rude and disrespectful to me and my 87 years old mother. Last time I asked for how much longer we had to wait and she answered that “you have to wait whatever time it is necessary or reschedule”. Today she called my mother’s name and proceeded to tell me out loud that she owed money. I asked if we could pay after she was seen and replied in front of a full waiting room “if she doesn’t pay now she won’t be seen”. She told me her name is Madeline. Won’t go there anymore"

"I had an 800AM appointment made 9 months ago & arrived at a full waiting room. Asked the nasty receptionist if this was going to be a problem & was told it would be a problem for me due to recent eye surgeries. They could have called to advise that my appointment would be delayed but being that they are racking in the money my examination wasn't worth the effort! I do not recommend this office nor their staff!!"

"I had the best experience and I was a first time patient, the entire office was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Jorge Bacallao was amazing very nice and showed a lot of concern for my issues! I would definitely recommend this eye specialist if you have any concerns with your eyes!"
