"I can get an appointment quickly at this facility and my physician is thorough,asks pertinent questions, orders all tests needed, and makes referrals to specialist. My doctor is Kelly Lambrigger and she is awesome!"

"Office is always clean and organized. Staff is very friendly. I’ve seen both Kelly and Dr Sontag and they’re both super friendly and take their time with your visit and concerns. Phone lines (call center) have nothing to do with the team at this specific office. Don’t rate 1 star because of that."

"They moved into a new office which is great. They have added more services and resources, this is also great for patients. The communication is horrible. There was a time you would call and get someone physically inside the office. The administrative staff were wonderful and knew most customers by name. Now Orlando Health has forced the hands of a call center which is very distant from the PCP-patient relationship. It has become more and more difficult to contact the office directly. My pharmacy refuses to try and contact them for refills because of so many failed attempts in well over 10 days. Just for the record...I love my doctor. He is wonderful at what he does. His immediate staff are also wonderful people, they are only following the direction of the leadership. I have been with this doctor since he came on board and would like to stay. Just fix the communication process."

"*update! The office manager contacted me the same day I posted the review and is helping me with this issue. Once completely resolved I will post another update. Thank you to Dr. Sontag for notifying his manger and to his manager for rapidly reaching out to me to resolve this issue. I had my annual visit on 10/4/21 and provided my updated insurance information at that time. I still received a bill for that day of service that said no insurance on file and that I must pay for the visit. I thought it must be a system error. So I called and give them my insurance info again. Since then, I’ve received 3 more bills for the same service and I have called 2x to give them the same information I provided in the beginning. Now, I’m calling again and they do not have anyone who can speak to me and must call me back during hours I am at work. If this goes to collections it could negatively impact my credit score. Orlando Health and Dr. Sontag office, please add my insurance information that I have provided you and stop trying to make me pay out of pocket for something my insurance covers."

"This is the beautifully new renovated office of Physician Associates, Deep Lake Rd, Oviedo. Dr Andrew Nye, Dr Todd Sontag and APRN Kelly Lambrigger along with their devoted staff worked hard and their efforts have paid off. The inside and outside of the building is remarkable, there are still a few tweeks needed to make it more functional but overall a really comfortable and welcoming office. Its in the same shopping area as Kohls and Walmart. There is plenty of parking with easy access to the office"
