"The team at Orlando Sports Medicine is FANTASTIC! Brittany Kilduff is an awesome physical therapist. She explains why we do different exercises and how they help my body. I've been going to PT for arthritis in my knee. The last injection didn't help for very long so my doctor suggested trying PT. I've been going 3x a week for a month and doing my exercise homework. It's working great! I went to Disney last week and walked 13, 350 steps and felt good. Before when I walked 30 minutes I was in a lot of pain. I will keep doing the work to keep my knees healthy! I'm retired and travel with my husband a lot. Brittany is also helping me with an exercise travel plan so I keep my knee healthy when I'm out of town. She's the best!"
