"When I arrived . The women said we are running behind. My appointment was at 10:30 and I arrived at 9:50. At 11:30 I went back to the window and she said they are taking you back in three minutes. 11:40 I went in the back and I sat and sat . I finally asked what was going on here. My appointment was at 10:30 it’s now 12:15 . Rebecca came over she said she was second in command and she apologized never giving me back my co payment . But she was sorry but the doctor went to lunch . You read that correctly the doctor went to lunch with all the other employees. If that doesn’t take the butter out of the duck, I don’t know what will. After I talked to the doctor and told him to his face. There was no consideration for me and the others that did not eat or drink the night before up until now. I want my fifty dollar co payment refunded . I had to pay my neighbor to drive me and wait for me this whole time. I think you need a come to Jesus talk not only with the doctor but the staff as well."
"I've had two procedures done here with Dr Creamer. What a wonderful physician and a phenomenal surgical center. I have not been a fan of Florida Healthcare since moving here over 10 years ago, however, I feel totally secure in the care I receive at Park Place Surgery Center. They run this place like EVERY medical center should be run. Every person you come in contact with here knows and executes their position with the utmost precision. Everything is checked and double checked especially in the OR. Many hospitals in Central Florida should take notes on how successful surgeries happen from start to finish. And yes, this is a high volume center, but nothing is sacrificed in the process. Dr. Creamer and his staff are the best I've ever seen. Now to get the medical office on Gore to operate this efficiently. (LOL) Thank you for the phenomenal care PPSC."
"I’ve been here more than a few times now and have had some good experiences, but you never know what you’re going to get. One thing you can count on, is they are here to make money. As soon as you’re done, they’ll be needing your bed back. Doesn’t matter if you’re awake or not. The nurses can be very abrupt about ripping off all the stickers, tape, and IVs, and rolling your lifeless body into that wheelchair so they can get a new person into that bed. They will put a juice and crackers in your purse for you to enjoy once you’re awake and home. This I don’t like. I would like to be awake before they roll me out to the car. If I can’t talk to you or open my eyes yet, I should not be tossed out the door. I have had a lot of procedures in different places. If I could say one nice thing, it’s that this place is clean. What they need to work on: having nursing staff that is kind, courteous, and caring. I don’t need to be snapped at by rude nurses and kicked out the door before my eyes open. The next time I have to have a minor procedure I’ll try to find another center my doctor has privileges. There were some really thoughtful nurses here, but the few terrible ones have ruined it for me. And also their practice of making people leave while heavily sedated."
"What a great experience I had in this center. From the front desk that receives you and makes you feel welcome to the staff inside. The process of the paperwork is simple and accurate. Then, the nurse prepares you very well, you hardly feel the intravenous catheter passing through your vein. Then, comes the anesthesiologist nurse and the anesthesiologist explaining step by step the whole process. And then the relievant people introduced to you. And something that impacted me was when Dr. Creamer came to review the MRI report with me, the whole procedure with its risks and possible complications and said a prayer to the Heavenly Father to take his hands as an instrument declaring a Word of healing and relief for my life. As a doctor and a believer too, this also touched my heart because I used to do that every day with my patients. This team have excellent bedside manners! God continues to bless you all greatly. I would wanted to remember each other's names. It should be noted that I never said I was a doctor and they didn’t treat me special. They treat everyone there same way…"
"From the first contact at the front desk to the entire surgical staff I had a great experience. Everyone was kind and compassionate and did not seem like I was a bother. It appears as if they enjoy their job and are happy to help. I have been to several surgery centers over the years and this is by far one of the best! Thank you"
