"From the front desk to the doctor, I was totally impressed. I wish I could make them my primary medical care. The facility was clean and had modern technology. Everyone cared. So happy with everything."

"I’ve never had such a dismissive experience by a doctor in my entire life! The nurse was great, quickly taking my vitals and having some side chats, great bedside manner. But then the doctor came in and that’s where it all went down hill. She came in looking annoyed and like she couldn’t be bothered, mind you they have just opened and I was the second patient taken back. After explaining my symptom/issues, the doctor proceeded to rattle off a litany of OTC medications. When I explained further, and asked if there was anything at all they could give me for the cough so that I could at least get a few hours of sleep, the doctor then implied I was seeking a specific type of medication. All in, the doctor was in the room for maybe five minutes, over half of which were discounting how I felt. There was zero empathy on her face and demeanor. This is not only unprofessional, it’s insulting to a patient seeking care. Hearing others’ experience at this same location, both before and after my visit, shows such a vast difference in care and touch points. I will never step foot in this “medical” facility again!"

"This is my second time at this facility; the first years ago with my son. It will be my last. If I could, I would give them zero stars. I went in hoping things had changed from last time. They haven't. There is no compassion to be found anywhere in this place. I felt like cattle. The doctor had no bedside manners. He was abrupt, would not let me talk and, when I was able to get in a word, would totally dismiss me and treat me like I was an idiot. I have seen my pets treated with more sympathy at the vet. After being told I needed to be at an ER without any kind of real evaluation, I told the nurse who came in to give me a shot that I was feeling overwhelmed, and she couldn't have cared less. Because I had no trouble breathing, I decided to go home and have my son keep checking on me, in case things changed for the worse. Thank God I didn't go to the ER, because I'd be thousands of dollars in debt and the situation resolved itself by the end of the day. I understand being cautious, but they wanted to send me to the ER without giving me any kind of real care themselves first. I reiterate, they made me feel like cattle."

"At 2:30 I called and made an appointment for 4:00. Filled out a form on their website. It was quick and easy. Arrived at 4:00. Shared my info and had a seat. Shortly after I was walked to my room. Everything went smooth and by 5:00 I was heading home. Best doctor visit ever."
