"Since they're sending me a bill a year later, I figured I'll give my feedback a year later. Been meaning to do this anyway. I went into "doctor" (APRN) Chirino for a variety of symptoms I was experiencing. This included issues such as chronic fatigue, headaches, neuropathy, Raynaud's etc. (a laundry list of problems). But she interrupted me as soon as I told her I hadn't menstruated in over 6 months. She asked if I was pregnant, I said no, she smirked and handed me a cup to give a urine sample. Unsurprisingly, I was not pregnant (because there wasn't even a CHANCE of pregnancy). She didn't listen to any of my other symptoms and referred me to a OBGYN right away even though I told her I have PCOS and I'm on birth control that does not give me periods. I saw a neurologist for my neuropathy and other related issues and when my B vitamin bloodwork that he ordered came back disturbingly low, Chirino didn’t believe it was real and reordered the bloodwork. I got a B complex shot before this as instructed by my neurologist and she yelled at me and said “Don’t get shots that I don’t administer.” And when the second round of bloodwork came back normal, which was due to the shot and taking vitamins, she smirked at me and said “Seeee it’s normal.” I had all the symptoms of B deficiencies, but she was dismissive and did not listen to me. She also kept sending out prescriptions for antibiotics for a UTI several weeks after I provided the urine sample. If I truly had a UTI I would be in the hospital with kidney failure several weeks later. The issue with my urine was an unrelated issue and was not a UTI. But if I truly had a UTI it's VERY concerning that she would not mention white blood cells in my urine and not prescribe anything until several weeks after providing a sample. This is the worst primary care I've ever encountered in my life. Friends and family are appalled at how disturbing this practice is. Also, last but not least, the office staff is just as rude and condescending as Chirino is. Avoid at all cost."
