"I went into the office as an established patient. I am also a self pay patient. My visit was for a simple small lipoma removal X2 (I already knew what the lipomas were-this was not a diagnostic appointment). I was quoted on my first visit a very reasonable price. I made the appointment that very day to come back and have the procedure done. When I went back only two weeks later on my following visit, for the procedure, I was then requoted at a price point that was hundreds of dollars more. After some back and forth I was then told they would work with me on the price for one yet the other would remain almost $500 more than what I was initially quoted. When I asked about my previous quote in my chart from my initial visit I was told they did not keep it. At that point I left without having anything done after feeling very uneasy about this, what they called, “miscommunication”. They refunded my office visit fee, yet what a waste of money and time as my initial visit fee of $135 from my first appointment was for absolutely nothing since I had no resolution of what I went in for in the first place. I’m disappointed that they quoted me without intending to keep the quote price or the quote even in my chart. I feel as if I may have been lied to just to get me back in the office for the procedure. Sadly I won’t be returning to any Associates in Dermatology office."

"Came in for a removal. Waited over 52 minutes before being taken back. You expect clients to be on time but don't give the same respect back to clients our time is just as valuable as yours. On top of this long wait to be seen you cancelled my surgery. I've had other items removed and never have I had to be reseen by a doctor for a removal. Nor was any of that explained in the consultation that I would have to come back for a dressing changes. I wish I could give you no stars. I hope you go out of business."

"If I could give less than one star, I would. The unprofessionalism here is appalling. During my initial visit, back in February, I was greeted haphazardly by someone at the front desk who didn't seem to want to be there. The focus seemed to be more on collecting copayments, rather than welcoming a new patient to the practice. After filling out paperwork and waiting for a short while, I was taken into a room by someone else who seemed to lack energy and was afraid to touch me. Then, in walked the P.A., who was in a hurry and had the same attitude. Still, I wanted to move forward with getting a cyst removed. I was told the surgeon would review the photos and information provided, and that someone would be calling me to set up an appointment for the procedure. Almost 3 weeks went by and I heard nothing. I had to follow up MULTIPLE times in order to get someone to call me back and when they finally did, my appointment was scheduled for over a month out. Today, I received a call, ONE BUSINESS DAY BEFORE MY PROCEDURE WAS SCHEDULED and Christina or Kristen (can't remember her name) stated "I'm sorry to make this call but we have to cancel your appointment due to too many skin cancer removals coming in on Monday. A CYST IS NOT A PRIORITY, so we'll need to reschedule you. Next available appointment is the end of May". I'll just leave it at that. I requested to cancel the whole thing and will be filing a complaint with my insurance company. Not sure if anything will come of it, but I think the insurance company should know about my experience here. Do yourself a favor and find another Dermatologist. You've been warned."

"My whole family, including my two daughters, will be missing the dr. Annette because our insurance is now out of network and she treated us so well. For years she treat us like family and explained everything in detailed. Thank you for taking care of us throughout the years, we will miss you dearly! Btw, we are black so it’s funny how previous comment says racism. I don’t like good providers get unfair review. I recommended all my friends to this Dr and everyone trust her."

"Dr. Annette is absolutely incredible! I recommend her/this practice to everyone I know. She’s kind, patient, attentive, empathetic, listens to your concerns and knows just what you need! I struggled with acne for about 15 years before finally deciding it was time to start accutane. I had been putting the treatment off because I was terrified (especially the blood work part). Dr. Annette has been putting my mind at ease through the entire 7 months of treatment, and encouraging me along the way! I had a minor anxiety attack a couple times during my earlier appointments and she was so sweet and understanding (unlike a lot of doctors who practically tell you to get a grip) So thankful to have found a dermatologist that I really like. 5/5, 10/10, 100/100!"
