"DON'T GO NEAR THIS PLACE! When I made my appointment I was told that the business takes my insurance. I was also to be examined by a new doctor in the practice. All was fine until I arrived for my appointment. The waiting room was empty but there was a receptionist. She asked me what I wanted and I said I was there for my appointment. She said the new doctor was starting THE NEXT DAY and nobody was there today. She then informed me that I'm on a waiting list to see if he will accept my insurance and that could take a month. I WAS SO DISGUSTED I LEFT VOWING TO WARN PEOPLE ABOUT THIS PLACE,."

"Very awful service, and office management. My mom had an appointment it was an emergency. They gave her the appointment for a few days after she called because it was urgent. She received texts and emails reminding her of the appointment. Once we got to her appointment, the office refused to see her because supposedly she has no appointment for today. We showed her proof of her appointment confirmation and reminders but still refused to let us see the doctor because it “doesn’t show on her system”. First time ever something like this happens to her. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE, and if I could give them 0 start I would."

"Before the switch in providers this sandlake office was AMAZING! I’ve since then have experienced thee worst service ever! If I could give zero stars I would. I had a appointment look since before hurricane Nicole understood the office was close I had to reschedule no problem after calling to reschedule the next available was in the beginning of January due to no provider being the office per the staff and only on Wednesday or Thursday I will be able to be seen. I agreed to the next available because I had a procedure done in office that needed a serious follow up I called numerous of times left numerous messages no one answers the phone nor returns voice messages. I live in Clermont Florida my job is adjacent to this location for convenience. I’m off today reached out to the office and was told sorry we’re booked can’t see you and hung up the phone I presume to call back immediately all just to hear the phone ring into leaving another voicemail it is inconsiderate despicable Distasteful absurd freaking mind blown of the professionalism here at this office if you’re inquiring a dermatologist please run far away from this location unless they bring back the old provider she was amazing God bless her maybe this is why she left initially! I am an existing patient for over a year!"
