"I had believed I had found a good pain doctor until I complained about one of her front desk staff who happens to be her son. From day one I noticed he was rude to other staff and patients while I waited to be seen by Dr. Cyprien. Every time he answers the phone and you ask a question he gets an attitude and you can tell because of the tone & his sighs all the time. It's like he doesn't want to be bothered or help when asking him a question. Don't bother complaining about him & if you do, be prepared to receive a very unprofessional phone call from his mother, Dr. Cyprien. A phone call from a medical professional shouldn't be a lecture call when dealing with patients that don't even know what's going on with insurancs & who are just that, a patient who lives with pain daily. Not once did she ever mention that my insurance hadn't been paying her & she never answers your messages through the patient portal. I have no records through emails regarding unpaid visits & if that had been the case I would've gotten on top of it months ago. Why keep seeing me if insurance hasn't been paying for my visit for months? Now here I am stuck in highly unfunctionable pain because the day of my appointment I was told I wouldn't be seen. Since she's the owner, there's no one else to complain above her regarding her staff. She might be a very good doctor, but she will lose patients with the way the front desk is. I know I'm not the only one that has complained about her staff.....a former staff of hers had the same issues while working there."
