"All the providers and staff at Healthy Steps are incredible. From the moment they answer the phone to the care received in the clinic, they are a kind, thoughtful and very caring team. My daughters have been coming here since day 1 and they have always treated us with care and consideration. If they treated adults, I’d be making an appointment for myself! Allison, Michelle and Dr. Ana go above and beyond to make visits thorough and seamless. Julie and all the wonderful nurses are great at putting nervous kids and parents at ease. We are so thankful for everyone at Healthy Steps!"

"We love Dr. Ana! Julie RN breast feeding consultant saved me my first few weeks breastfeeding our son, without her supporting us we might have quit trying. I feel like the staff know and love our son and they ALWAYS fit him in and answer our questions. I trust Dr. Ana and staff whole heartedly and they have always taken care of us with the utmost compassion and professionalism. Michelle DNP supported us when our son with 7 months old with COVId and a full body rash. They had us come to the office immediately and do an assessment in the parking lot. These ladies are our heroes. What else can you ask for in a pediatricians office. I could not relate to the bad reviews less."

I could not imagine a more perfect healthcare professional to care for our little baby. Allison has consistently provided exceptional care and compassion. She is caring, empathetic, patient, a good listener, very responsive, incredibly knowledgable. I am always impressed with Allison. We feel like we are in the best hands with Allison. It's so easy to communicate with the team between visits using their patient portal. Allison always responds to our questions quickly - even if we message her after hours! It's obvious that she cares for and is dedicated to her patients and families. Also, we were recommended this office because our baby has a congenital heart defect and the team is familiar with tailoring care for that specific need. So grateful for their expertise here! "I love healthy steps so much. How do they not have 5 stars??? They deserve 10! The staff is sweet, caring and accommodating. I get stressed when I have to take my daughter for shots and they make the experience so much better. The nurses and doctors and equally amazing. My daughter is 15 months old so I have gone probably 10x in the past year and I have never had one bad experience. Look no further- they are the best in town."

"I have been taking my all 5 of my kids here since 2006, when my oldest son was born. I was referred by a friend and I have never been happier. Not only are most of the staff Christians but they are friendly, compassionate and empathetic. My kids have seen both Michelle and Allison, and Dr. Ana of course. There is no way to say who I would choose, they are all great. I feel they are conservative with their plan of care, yet willing to let you as the parent participate in the care of your child. Love the nurses! Very energetic and fun with the kids. We have recently moved, and I miss Healthy Steps so much. It feels like family here. I would highly recommend this practice."
