Dentists and I have never been on good terms, due to some unfortunate experiences as a child, but Dr. Joseph is kind, patient, explains everything in detail, and his staff is the same. He doesn't push me to have procedures that I'm not ready for and his yearly plan is a great help in covering my cleanings and discounting routine work. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Joseph and his practice!"

"Worse experience in MY LIFE with a Dentists, Dr, or whomever in the health care field. I was nurse for 2 years, so I've seen some bad things in my time. Luckily, I have not experienced them myself in the 40 years of living. You can look at all my reviews and I only write positive ones, negatives aren't worth my time. However, there is a first for everything. In this case I'm trying to help any future new patients make the same mistake i did and that's choosing Ben Joseph. I came in on Monday morning for an EXTREME tooth ache that had stared Friday night. I was processed in like a tax form & was out in 15 mins. Great right? Wrong. Little did I know what was in store for me. EVERYTHING Ben said was a lie from the first moment i met to him to every conversation I had with him on the phone and in person. He spoke things that weren't true, he didn't give me any of the special oral rinse, antibiotics & pain pills for the pain after he said he would & was beyond unprofessional at it. I spoke to this man mon, tues & wed 7-8pm every night with "i'm sorry" "I didn't have enough time" " I couldn't do that because my DEA login won't allow me to". Excuses, excuses & he talks in circles making any conversation with this man ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE. From the procedures to the referral's, it was a disaster. Luckily, after the 4th referral I was able to find a competent Dentist to get my procedure done. It took an entire week to get to a real Dentist that finally said holy cow you haven't been on ANYTHING? I said no everyone wants Dr Joseph to prescribe them to me and he won't prescribe me anything! I walked out with a z-pack, anti-inflammatory & a special rinse! What a concept! Sounds like Mr. Ben can't help you if you're in pain & doesn't want anybody to know about it. If you have any worries about going to a dentists here's your warning, DO NOT GO TO Benjamin the JOKE Joseph. If you do my prayers are, it works out better for you. From a possible cracked tooth, to then a root canal and implant. BUT WAIT THERES MORE, and SINUS LIFT! I'll finish with this, he said he would refund me my money after I spoke to him on Tuesday. When I came in to get the 120 refund his staff said they wouldn't refund my money after going in the back. I asked for Benjamin & when he came out, he said he would not refund my money after all. Once I questioned him why he would not be a man of his word he made another excuse up; he had no checks in the office smh. I then said when will you have the check, that's when he turned to the office lady and told them to call the police on me! lol I mean I have no words... Calmly, i look at Ben & say wow you're calling the police on me for just coming up here to get the refund YOU said you would give me to MAKE THINGS RIGHT. He said your causing commotion in my office, I said no sir i am not. I'm asking for what you told me you would give me! I said fine you don't have the check today when will you? He said tomorrow I said ok and left. The next day I had extremely loud banging on my doors, it was the sheriff's office lol he filled a no trespassing ban for 2 years LOL thats fine bc I WILL NEVER TRUST THIS young man. Never in MY LIFE have i ever felt so disrespected & violated by a Dr Dentist or whatever this guy claims he is. Drs who graduated with D's still achieve degrees, I'd like to see this Dr's GPA bc I have a feeling we have a Dr D on our hands. Please be careful with the conman named you know who."

"I recently changed dentists, being new to this area. Dr. Ben Joseph and his awesome staff are ones I would highly recommend. He just worked on my tooth that needed a crown. I’m a little squeamish ( not unlike a lot of people) to have dental work done. He was very good about explaining what he was doing, ensuring I was with NO pain or discomfort, so I give him very high marks. Plus I get the perm crown in only two weeks, so even quicker than some, I think. If you want a small practice with caring people, choose Dr. Joseph! We"
