"About 6 months ago I started looking for a new gym. I had recently had a baby and undergone major surgery from a car accident, so my years' long fitness routine had disappeared. "I started with Rob at Wolf Den 2 1/2 years ago. I came in for personal training. I was 40 pounds heavier, a total stress ball and had been on the sofa forever.
