"Arrived on the occasion of a recheck of my shoulder surgery. Spent minimal time in the waiting area before being greeted by a lovely young lady and directed to an examining room. She took preliminary information and departed. Moments later, Gabby entered, asked a few questions about how my shoulder was progressing, conducted a quick examination and appeared to be as happy as I was with its condition and performance. She advised that I should call should I have any issues or concerns and showed me the way out.
