"I can see why this office has a 2 star rating. I usually go to the Atlantic Blvd location or the Beach Blvd location, I never sat in that room for more than 20 mins waiting on the doctor. I had an appointment at 9:00, got there at 8:45 and was in the room by 8:50. It's going on 10:20 and the doctor still hasn't come in the room. I keep asking the front desk staff when will he be seeing us and we kept getting "you're next". He's seeing people that got there after me or just sitting in his office at his desk. I've never ever had this issue at any other angel kids location. Just a huge waste of time, I ended up walking out and having to schedule a telehealth appointment. I was just barely on time for work. How is my appointment at 9:00 and I'm almost late for my 11:00 shift?"

"I DO NOT even want to give DR. MARC BERGER 1 star. I will never want to come back to DR. MARC BERGER. We visited him 3 times and we have bad experiences all of 3 times. He did not put prescription for my son's Tamiful when my son was suffering from Flu who is 8 years old special need kid. Dr. Marc made my son to wait for 6 hours to get Tamiful. He told me that he will put a prescription after his lunch. His lunch break is more important than his patient. Especially my son was suffering from Flu plus he can not talk as Dr. Marc knows my son is a special needs kid. Dr. Marc still let his student practicing with my son who does not feel good with103F fever. Dr. Marc does not have any empathy Nor caring patient/patient parent's feeling. I asked him that write down any suggestions or solves regarding my son's symptoms. He just refused and kept telling me that he does not need to do. It should not matter that He needs or not. Help patient and caring patient that's the matter. Always make us wait for 30 mins. Even we were first patient of the day with appointment."

"I made an appt by phone early this morning. Just to drive over an hour to find out the services weren’t offered at the St. John’s Bluff office. My daughter missed school for this appt and they wouldn’t give me a note for school that she had been there or even apologize for their mistake. Families should not have to deal with this kind of treatment in their time of need."

"My baby appointment was at 9:30 I arrived at 9 it took 1 hour and 45 minutes just to get his 6 months shotS I’ve never had a problem at any of the other locations. I don’t not recommend coming to the St. John’s location AT ALL"
