"This is the 2nd time I’ve been to this location. I am always impressed with the care that is provided. The NP that I’ve seen both times is very kind and patient. I believe her name is Jaqueline Dalla Rosa. I was able to register online and just walk in when they messaged me which was nice because I had a toddler with me. Nothing but good things to say about this clinic."
"Had a head would and rushed to the clinic. They triaged me and said I needed staples. The registration was easy, very professional personnel and clinical staff. Procedure was quick and easy. Love this clinic, staff and will use it in the future. Thank you all for taking care of me!"
"2 stars because the doctor was really nice. Outside of that, it’s 0-1 stars. Checked in online at 8:30am and get a text at 9:08 saying please come to the desk we’re ready for you. Checked in at the desk at 9:23am (put on the check in that I was 15 min away). Sat in the waiting room until 10:40am while really sick. Finally ask what is going on and they usher me back like they totally forgot about me and then stick me in another room for an hour. 0 bedside manor from anyone except the doctor, he was really nice. You go there in your most vulnerable moments and they just treat you like the next number in line. I’d recommend going somewhere else if you can."
"New name , new people ! It was an amazing experience ! So happy I have a good urgent care near me . I have the stomach flu , it was extremely easy to register online , they will text you when your turn is up which for me is huge ! I got the there and I was in a room within 5 minutes , the nurse was so nice , extremely polite , and like wow best nurse ever honestly . She even send my meds right away so by the time I was out they were ready ! Super friendly staff , hope I’m not sick anytime soon but if I am I will be going back for sure. !"
"Thank you MedExpress. I had a great experience during my first visit here. Everyone was professional and polite. They listened to my concerns and my reasons for my visit. Dr. Johnston discussed the options available and gave me an opportunity to select the treatment which made me most comfortable. The check in process was a little different than what I was expecting, however it did not change the course of the care I was given. If I am ever unable to get in to my regular PCP again, I will feel comfortable coming here. Happy Holidays"
