"I was directed to call the central billing office to verify if a certain procedure would go under a specialty visit or a regular office visit, since a nurse would be seeing me to administer a shot, and the woman I spoke to kept cutting me off as I tried to explain the situation. She said she was not able to help and that she can't look into my insurance and had no idea why I was directed to their office. I wanted to see if there was anyone else in the office that might be able to help, in case I was simply directed to the wrong department, but she continued to cut me off as I spoke and said that they do the back end work and that I should be calling my insurance for this matter, not them. Keep in mind, when I made the appointment with my office they directed me to the central billing office TWICE to see how much I'd have to pay since I'd be seeing a nurse and not a physician. The whole situation would have been fine had she not kept interrupting me, I found it very unprofessional."
"I went to this location yesterday, 4/28/2017, for an appointment. I was (obviously now) at the wrong location. I meant to go to the "Gate Parkway" location, not the "Central Parkway" location. When I entered the front door and spoke to the woman at the front desk, she was VERY rude, unhelpful and just plain mean. When I entered the office, she could see that I was struggling with a baby, but without any empathy she was still rude and nasty. When I told her I thought I was at the "Gate Parkway" location she said this isn't the gate parkway location, without assisting me in locating the right office - you would have thought I was a homeless person coming in to solicit. I understand that it was not a doctors office, but being rude to me wasn't called for and unbecoming of North Florida OB/GYN offices."
