"They have been repeatedly bad and annoying, causing so many inconveniences for my mother and I. They overcharge the amount they first give you at visit, and run the payment over and over again after you’ve paid it. We went up there to fix it, and then I get emails later with more payments due for what we took care of! This has happened 3 times so far with one singular visit that we paid for same day of!!!! It takes so long to get someone on the phone, just for them to not be able to help and we have to come in in person to fix this problem they keep causing… I liked the staff and the service when I was there the first couple of visits but oh my god they can’t stop messing up and it’s unprofessional seeming"

"The two lady’s at the front desk today ( Friday, September 15th ) we’re extremely unprofessional. As I was in the restroom my partner heard them loudly criticizing me with rude comments. I will never return to this location…. Not to mention I was a first time patient!"

"To fill in the gender question, you can fill in one line, but you need 3 lines to fill in the question about men and women, what a political correctness! After the appointment was made, they told me that the doctor could not come and had to cancel it. They made an appointment for another day. When I got there, they told me that I missed it. I asked: Isn’t it cancelled? They told me that they had already Marked as not coming. When I finished the examination, they said that they would call me to inform me of the results. I waited for over half month, and I had to call back. They told me to report internally on the phone, there is no paper report, so about uf health It’s a big hospital, I don’t know why these front desk receptionists are so unprofessional, when other clinics no longer accept new customers, this clinic can make appointments within two days, don’t doubt their professionalism, The doctor is nice but the scheduling and coordination is horrible! because no one wants to Come!"
