"First appt was excellent. Schedule a second one which was for about 3 weeks from when I called, the day before, without talking to me they rescheduled to a time I could not meet. Have been trying to talk to their office manager but they won't let me talk to this person Very irresponsible, and negligent if you ask me"
"The ONLY good thing about this place is the doctors know what they're doing and can be trusted. Luckily they practice at other clinics so you can schedule appointments with them at those. At this clinic, be glad it isn't an emergency center. The staff are friendly, but a patient shouldn't have to drive to their doctor to ask a simple or an urgent question because no one ever answers the phones or returns phone messages. Also, it's understandable that facilities are moving information to the computers now, but that doesn't mean the staff should book appointments and don't tell the patient, expecting them to magically know they're scheduled for something after the fact. I highly recommend the physicians/surgeons, but not the clinic itself."
