"So when we first switched to this practice it was awesome. Just had the worst experience trying to book a physical appointment for my husband who travels extensively and is only off Mondays. First attempt, made a Monday apt with an actual physician not the PA because he hasn't been for a physical in years. Appointment was confirmed, he rearranged his schedule accordingly, two days later a voicemail "we are sorry but there actually ISNT a physician available on that Monday." I was still understanding, we rescheduled for another Monday a few weeks later. My husband rearranged his schedule. JUST got a TEXT that they were cancelling THAT appointment (no reason) and "someone from the office would be reaching out to reschedule. I then called them immediately ~ " oh yeah there actually isn't a physician available on any Monday that will take a new patient". Super ~ so you didn't know that TWO appointments ago?? In frustration I agreed to allow the PA ~ THEN she states " oh she's not available in the morning ~ we need to schedule it for the afternoon". Well it was supposed to be a FASTING apt for labs????? "Oh no with the PA it's just a "chat" ~ then we need to reschedule him for the ACTUAL labwork". WHAT???? You have a lab IN HOUSE ?? Why exactly ~ would we wait that long, struggle to get the time off, to have him sit down and CHAT with the PA??!! Nice money grab though, because then we are also paying twice. Just unbelievable the miscommunication ~ now back to the drawing board to find a family practice."

"Come here if you want to pay $100 to be told to go get OTC medication anytime you get sick. Also if you need help with simple medical questions or need a doctors note, DON'T come here or call! They're useless! Please take my word for it, my family and I have been coming here for years and we all despised every visit."

"My husband and I love this practice. I have canceled appointments with specialists to come into this office instead. They can do paps, bloodwork, etc without having to drive all over town and take extra time off work. The evening appointments are a life saver. I see a lot of negative reviews, however, I believe you get what you put into things. If you come in with an entitled attitude, you are bound to find a problem. The front desk staff is amazing. This is a very busy office and they answer the phone as they can. I will deal with it for the convenience. I utilize the portal and get immediate assistance. It's not their problem if you do not know how to use a computer. Get with the times. Thank you First Coast Family Medicine!!!!!"

"This was the worst experience I’ve had at a physicians office. The front desk rarely answers the phone or responds to voicemails. After voicing my concern, I was encouraged to try contacting the office through the patient portal. The patient portal results in vague, careless, responses so you still have to try and keep calling for a solution. The front desk doesn’t answer the phone. This is unacceptable. My first visit, the provider took blood work after being informed I was NOT fasting, therefore the Lipid/Glucose results weren’t accurate and the Lipid panel was what I needed evaluated. Also, I had a negative response to a new medication and I could not get a timely response through the portal or the phone. (I had tried contacting the office many times without success). When someone finally answered my portal message, it was not a solution…more so talking in circles and did not address my concern. There really is no excuse. Do better."
