"*Updated to one star. Would give zero if I could. Paid a bill online, wanted a copy of the receipt, it never came through. Call the office, no one answers, then I get a call back, but I need to speak to billing, for a receipt?? So they forward me and I sit on hold for 5 mins before I get some voicemail. Ridiculous. Never coming back here. And I definitely don't recommend it here at all. Also just noticed they added a $6 charge for an emotional/behaviorial assessment, which was not authorized or asked for. The appointment/bill was for a sick visit. Moved here January 2020 and I was happy to have found. Aprovider like Dana Harrington, she fit all my medical needs and is super sweet. She genuinely cares. However, she's now doing telehealth and only in office one day a month. And this "millennium physicians group" took over which has made it such a headache with making appointments and whatever. I'm currently searching for new doctors for us all. I don't recommend this place at all."
"The receptionist DJ, is downright rude and makes the entire process of scheduling an appt or Check- in so unpleasant I've walked out before an appt. I've even considered no longer being a patient here. She has literally been a barrier to my care at this practice because she makes it so difficult to call in for simple questions/scheduling etc. She pretends that she doesn't understand your questions, tells you the wrong info regarding insurance/test results, refuses to leave a message for a nurse to call you back and argues with you when you have been told otherwise by the Doctor or Insurance co. I've been trying for months to reach the office Manager to complain about her behavior but she always tells me she's " out of the office", and refuses to give me her name, contact info, or send me to her voicemail."
"Dana is THE BEST!! She genuinely cares about her patients and their well being. I switched over to her after being with the same primary for 16 years during the height of COVID, I might add. I was given her name from one of my clients and I absolutely LOVE her!! After telling her that I was looking to get established with a new primary she did not disappoint. BIGGER BONUS, she also does tele visits which works with my schedule when need be. I HIGHLY recommend her!! Also, DJ at the front desk is always so very FRIENDLY and HELPFUL. I just stopped in today to have something done without an appointment and she made sure I was taken care of quickly. It’s so nice to be to be greeted with a smile. I LOVE having her at the front desk."
"My family and I’ve had very good experiences with both Terri and Dana however somehow even on the most basic of visits I am treated rudely by the main receptionist (DJ). It’s been this way for years. Non-attentive when you arrive, short unfriendly answers, little to no eye-contact and an attitude of almost being bothered to have to assist with tasks that are even part of her job, like co-pays and checking insurance info. I hate that such a small (time) interaction could affect the overall experience to such a degree but it does set the tone for the visit and changes what would be a 5 star rating down to a 3. Correction, let me say the rating would be a 4.5 because the wait times are crazy at times."
