"I've been seeing Dr. Pulley for over a year, he isn't my first Neurologist and may not be my last but I can definitely acknowledge positive results from all my visits. When I first visited, I was in such terrible pain with restricted mobility. His treatment/care has turned my life around. Those before him were clueless as to my diagnosis. I've been poked and prodded and restricted by my insurance company. So glad to being on the right track and on the mend. Now I am concerned about the bad reviews on here: If the problem has been going on for years, you show up to expect overnight miracles, I think you're at the wrong office. If the issue is with your communication, well it does take two. Stop assuming. Pricing, I believe that is regulated and insurance companies have many on the payroll to keep that in check. I've only had great results coming here. So why do I give 4 stars, not 5? Simple, is this the best of the best? Can they improve? Get My point? Yea, scheduling is difficult, they must be really booked up. Again, so grateful to being diagnosed properly and embracing the treatments as I continue to progress. Thanks."

"My goodness, I should have read the reviews so I would know what to expect. I'm working on getting better insurance so I won't have to come back to this place, but for now, it's my only option. I've been coming here for almost a year, and my requests and concerns are ignored. So far, it feels like no one is listening. Seems like nobody cares. I'm very respectful to the staff here, but it seems like the receptionists are kinder than the doctors. The neurologists that I've seen here act like they're listening and act like they care. Just to get sent out the door with another prescription and feeling like a burden. Get better insurance, people. You won't have to deal with the feeling of being just a number. Edit: This review was about 7 months ago. I've been going here for about a year and a half. It seems like they're finally listening, so I'm adding another star."

"Too bad 0 stars isn't an option. They are incredibly corrupt, have no respect for your rights, and absolutely could care less about the quality of care. I would send my worst enemy here. Yup. That's about it. If you want to get toyed with, have incapable students, and even more incapable doctors than this is your place. But if you expect them to care for even one appointment about your mental or physical health, I'd go somewhere else. The lack of care is truly laughable. Idk if they just aren't able to staff well or what but I would absolutely ask for them to prove they even have a medical degree. Rude, unwilling to accommodate, and wildly inadequate care . How they are even able to operate is beyond me. Someone should absolutely have this establishment shut down for their patient abuse . However, I will say, their office staff totally rocks and I have always had a FANTASTIC experience with them. Extremely kind and understanding and efficient. Just needed a to give credit where credit was due."
