"I was there to meet with Earl Miller PA for a follow-up of my meeting with Dr Duffy. He informed me that Dr Duffy does not do knee surgery on people with weight issues and that it would take too long to reach the point that would be acceptable for Dr Duffy to do knee replacement and there was no point in me waiting so I should see a different surgeon that would do surgery on people with weight issues. Dr.Duffy had not mentioned that at all. It was very warm in the office which was making me nauseous. I mentioned a few times it was very warm and I was not feeling well and that it was making me very nauseous and light headed. Rather than offering to get me something like a cold cloth or even get someone to help he just said "I can't help you because there's no trays in here. (I guess for vomiting) Go out front and they'll make you an appointment to see Dr. Kim." He was very clinical and showed no caring at all. In my opinion he needs to improve his interaction with patients."
