"Was severely emotionally abused there by a LMHC that's still employed there. I've been in and out of therapy for depression, social anxiety since 15 yoa and the only reason I went back to therapy was because I was abused by my ex husband from 2005 to 2009 Met their LMHC in around 2011 to 2012 ish. I was very stable until I met her. Explained what she did to me to the old director of mental health in 2016. All they did was give me a credit for a year. I wasn't getting any better. I've never complained about a provider before and I'm much older obviously now. When I met a licensed psychologist right after her "treatment" he was very upset at how my mental health was and said I was on the verge of ego decompensation. T He neuropsychologist that used to work there even hospitalized me for how severe I was right. After her session a day or two later. I've never been so sick in my entire life. I do not trust Baptist at all. Will never recommend them to anyone. Like I said I e never been to a provider who mistreated me before until I met their LMHC at this location. It was convenient at the time because I owned a townhouse in that area and because of her abuse I I lost my job and had to sell my house. It's hard to prove emotional abuse Morgan and Morgan said. Ever since then I've never been the same."
"The representatives that call and schedule the appointments are very dismissive of the patients. The person who called me the first time to send me paperwork told me they are booking out appointments for a year later and then asked if I even wanted to still schedule. The person who called to schedule was short with me when I inquired about closer locations to my home and then when I told her I felt dismissed she hung up on me. You would think people making these type of appointments would be more empathetic. How can you trust them with quality therapy after that experience?"
"To say the problem with this facility is the wretched and uncaring staff which might be unfair. Like most dysfunctional organizations the problem more than likely starts at the top and the people who face the public end up looking responsible. They do the best they can and but the stress of poor management and lack of leadership takes its toll. When my doctor left this organization without warning patients were given the courtesy of 30 prescription refills. Baptist Health was not going to absorb any of his patients or assist patients with finding new doctors. One would think that being a healthcare organization that care or caring might be a key metric they would measure or part of their mission statement but no I don't think that is the case. While offering patients a 30 day refill looks good on paper were they not aware that it takes 6 months to get an appointment with a new doctor? There solution to all of this is to contact your primary care doctor and put the burden on them or if this is an emergency dial 911. Overall I have been happy with the medical staff but when it comes to the office staff and overall management this place is terrible."
"Dr Repper has been my psychologist for 3 years. She is absolutely amazing and all the doctors and staff make u feel welcomed and loved. I highly recommend you can get help not just talking. It’s amazing and I want to stay there as long as possible."
"My daughter waited 4 days in the ER to get placed and she was just left alone with a sitter. They kept forgetting to bring me the paperwork to have her placed where she needed to be placed all day, thank God for the nurse practitioner that showed up Monday evening shift. Friday staff is checked out and weekend staff is limited by available resources. Monday during the day staff had no excuses just clueless, disinterested, incompetent. Evening staff that really helped us ( the one nurse practitioner) did more in an hour that the other ones did all day. I few good ones if you get lucky. Wich is not what you want when it comes to your child's mental health."
