"Went in today in spite of the negative reviews. Clarification: the walk in clinic is for those who have NOT been to primary Dr or urgent care. (This seems reasonable as it is for kids that just sustained an injury to be seen quickly but could be worded better on the website). If you have already been seen, you need to call and make an appt or I guess you could just go through the whole diagnosis again through walk in and hope your insurance covers it again. That being said, I called and was able to get an appt the same morning, did check in online, and showed up and check in at desk took 2 minutes. I'm sure there may have been reasons for the negative reviews, but our experience was perfectly fine."

"We had just recently called the billing center to request information and the front desk lady is rude for no reason. You say please and thank you and you get nothing but a whole lot of attitude. We were asking why certain information wasn’t getting passed through that has been getting requested since November (it is now February) and the women at the desk did nothing but raise her voice and give absolutely 0 information. Finally we said alright have a good day and she said sure and hung up. So professional right? Yeah no, don’t bring your family here if you actually want good care."

"The moment of receiving medical attention was a nightmare. I arrived with my son at 1:30 p.m. and was helped at the reception by a blonde girl named Taylor. From the first moment I noticed that she was uncomfortable because I do not speak perfect English, I gave her my son's information, my information, and my health insurance information. I explained to her that my son had suffered a fall and that I had called our pediatrician, who recommended that we attend this clinic where they could treat my son due to the orthopedic emergency. I told Taylor my insurance requires a referral from my primary doctor to have coverage, and my son's pediatrician faxed the referral to them so she could confirm that we would have coverage from my health insurance. Taylor didn't like this and called another worker, Denise, who speaks English and Spanish. But they said something in English that I couldn't understand then, and Denise began to treat me and my son in a derogatory way. I called my son's pediatrician's office to ask for help and explain to Taylor and Denise that they had already sent them the pediatrician's referral, but Taylor and Denise said they would not take my phone to talk. After Taylor and Denise saw that I handled the information and that my pediatrician's office had arranged for fax delivery of the medical referral, they told me they would see my son but not an orthopedic doctor because they didn't have time for us. And that they were going to do me a favor, but they didn't know what time because my son was not a priority for them. After an hour of waiting, Taylor called me to tell me they would see me at the Fleming Island office the next day. I tried to explain our orthopedic emergency to her again, but she did not want to talk to me anymore, claiming that I do not speak English. Thank God that another receptionist was observing the mistreatment and called me to her workplace to help my son and me. The attention from Taylor and Denise was humiliating. It is not a place where patients are treated with the slightest respect. And if you don't speak the language or are not white, they don't serve you decently. I do not recommend it, and I hope my son does not have complications due to the mental poverty of these two women who should not be working in the health system where we go with our children not out of pleasure but out of need for medical attention."

"It was our first time here for their “urgent care.” We were a walk in with our child, from the front desk staff to the Doctor everyone was so nice. Highly recommend them for your children’s needs."

"THEY DO NOT TAKE WALK-INS! THEY LIED ON THEIR WEBSITE. If you’ve already gone to any Urgent Care and tell them, they WILL NOT take your child in WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT because they won't make enough money off of your visit. My daughter limped out of there with a broken ankle that they refused to treat because we had already gone to Urgent Care, so less $$$ for them. They could care less about the patient...they just want your money. If I could have given 0 stars, I would. Shame on them for FALSE ADVERTISING on their website that they take walk-in orthopedic care. I am beyond disgusted! This practice is money hungry, AVOID at all costs!!! Just keep scrolling through all the other terrible reviews and you'll understand. So disappointed..."
